Shipping Policy
Moreton Luxury Soy Candles offer a flat rate of $15.00 Australia Wide. Free shipping for all purchases over $150.
We offer a pick-up service for costumers in the Brisbane area.
All orders will be dispatched within 3-7 working days (sometimes earlier depending on stock levels). Orders will be sent via courier or Australia post with tracking number emailed. All care will be taken to have items made and sent as quickly as possible.
If your order is urgent, please make contact at moretonsoycandles@hotmail.com to action an express option.
Returns / Damaged Items
At Moreton Luxury Soy Candles, we do not offer a refund, exchange or return for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
If goods are damaged in transit, please make contact within 24 hours of delivery with order number. Photos and proof of damage will need to be sent as soon as possible. Once the damage has been confirmed a replacement of refund will be honoured after damaged being assessed by the team at Moreton Luxury Soy Candles.
Damaged item/s may need to be returned – please keep in mind we do not offer free returns.
